Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketer to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, execute campaigns, and grow our brand organically. The candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, community engagement, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily posting, scheduling, page monitoring, and brand reputation across platforms.

• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions within 24 hours and maintain strong community engagement.

• Create monthly content calendars and develop strategies aligned with business goals.

• Conduct audience and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Coordinate with the design team for creatives, reels, and videos; write captions, hooks, and scripts.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns for awareness, engagement, and lead generation, including reporting and optimization.

• Coordinate influencer collaborations, manage deliverables, and track performance.

• Implement organic growth strategies, encourage UGC, and engage with relevant communities.

• Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads (campaign setup, targeting, budgeting) is an added advantage.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends

• Good communication and copywriting skills

• Basic design sense and content aesthetics understanding

• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.)

• Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking ability
